Books for India

The India Christian Theological College (ICTC) in Kerala, India, a ministry of the India Church of Christ Mission, was started to train native pastors to reach the lost in India. Pastor, missionary, and college founder, Thomas Abraham, has asked for our help in supplying books for the college library.

Quality new and used Christian books are expensive and difficult to purchase in India. They are needed as information resources for the students, "so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work." (2 Timothy 3:17). Ultimately, the books will provide ICTC with the 40,000 volumes required for accredidation in that region.

We are looking for quality new or used Christian books in English, both hard and soft bound. We need:

  • Theological books such as Bible commentaries, dictionaries, books on theology, Church history, Christian doctrine, cults and religions;
  • Homiletics, counseling, psychology, history, ethics;
  • Bibles, Christian devotionals, children's books;
  • Christian fiction or nonfiction works for adults or children.

How will the books reach India?

Books will be collected and stored locally by churches supporting the India Church of Christ Mission and then shipped periodically to India.
